Zurich North America is seeking a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney to join our Dallas, TX Staff Legal office. The role focuses on representing commercial insureds in high-complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto cases.

The attorney will manage pre-trial discovery, trials, and post-trial activities with strong negotiation and independent work capabilities. The position supports a hybrid work model with occasional in-office requirements; report to the Dallas office at least one day a week.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and licensed to practice in Texas.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation or related area is essential.
• Strong analytical and trial skills with ability to handle high-exposure cases.

Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds in high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto cases.
• Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents, and conduct legal research.
• Prepare for and conduct pre-trial discovery, hearings, and trials; perform post-trial activities.
