Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking multiple experienced Trial Attorneys to join our Staff Legal team in Texas. Positions can be based in our Addison office or remotely from Austin, San Antonio, or Houston.

The ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor, 7+ years of litigation experience, and be active members of the Texas State Bar. Responsibilities include managing General Liability cases and conducting all phases of insurance defense litigation.

This role offers competitive pay ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, plus eligibility for a 15% short-term incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of litigation experience.
• Active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to high-exposure General Liability cases.
• Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation.
• Conduct legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, hearings, and trials.
