Zurich North America is seeking experienced Trial Attorneys to join our Staff Legal team in Texas. You will represent clients and manage moderate to high-exposure General Liability cases.

The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor, Texas State Bar membership, and significant litigation experience. This position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 and the flexibility to work remotely from various Texas locations.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of litigation experience.
• Active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Knowledge of insurance defense litigation, claims, and the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds managing General Liability cases.
• Handle phases of insurance defense litigation.
• Conduct legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, and trials.
