Zurich is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our Staff Legal Team, working fully remote in Colorado. This role defends insureds in General Liability and Commercial Auto matters with a focus on strong trial skills and leadership for junior attorneys.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor and 7+ years in litigation, Colorado Bar in good standing, and proficiency with Lexis/Westlaw, Office, and Adobe. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Juris Doctor and 7+ years of experience in the Litigation area.
• Member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance defense litigation environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent insureds in General Liability and Commercial Auto cases.
• Prepare, file pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Handle pre-trial discovery, hearings and trials.
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership.
