You will determine coverage, evaluate liability, establish reserves, and communicate with customers, counsel, and vendors. Travel may be required; system upgrades and AI tools are part of our approach to efficient claims processing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of liability, bodily injury or comparable claim experience preferred.
• Two years of litigation claim experience; active adjuster license as required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims and litigation from first notice of loss through resolution within authority.
• Investigate information by contacting relevant parties to determine coverage, liability, and reserves.
• Provide timely communication to customers, counsel, and internal stakeholders; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with counsel to support litigation strategies and maintain accurate records in claims systems.
• Travel to mediations or trials as needed and adapt to technology deployments including AI tools.
