Safety National is seeking a Liability Claims Manager in Missouri with responsibility for ownership of claims from assignment through closure. You will evaluate coverage, assess exposure, and develop strategies across multiple liability lines while coordinating with TPAs and internal partners.

The role is based in St. Louis with remote work options and periodic home office visits, offering growth within a leading specialty insurer with a strong 80-year history.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling complex liability claims across multiple lines.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes including mediation, settlements, trials.
• Ability to analyze coverage issues and draft reservation of rights/coverage letters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned claims from initial assignment through closure.
• Evaluate coverage, determine exposure, and develop resolution strategies.
• Proactively manage litigation and oversee TPAs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to communicate claim exposures and trends.
