Job summary

Steadily is hiring a Claims Team Lead in Overland Park, KS. You will guide and mentor our Claims Adjusters, approve complex settlements, and coordinate with carrier partners to maintain compliance while delivering fast, accurate customer experiences.

We seek a hands-on leader with 2+ years of P&C property claims experience, an active license, and a passion for scaling operations in a growing tech-enabled insurer. This is an in-office, full-time role with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years adjusting P&C property claims with leadership experience.
• Active insurance license required.
• Knowledge of insurer guidelines and standard claims practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop Claims Adjusters; ensure high-quality service.
• Train and onboard new hires.
• Manage claim authority grants and high-dollar approvals.
• Liaise with insurance carriers to ensure compliance.
• Audit claims for documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Develop new workflows and scalable processes.
• Handle claims and write estimates during high volume/CAT events.
