Job summary

Swagelok in Willoughby Hills, OH seeks a Level III Machine Operator to produce fluid-system components with precision and safety. You will operate and changeover equipment, read blueprints, inspect parts, and troubleshoot issues to sustain quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 30 months of machining or manufacturing experience (or current Swagelok Level II).
• Experience with machine setup, blueprint reading, and basic programming.

Responsibilities

• Operate and changeover manufacturing equipment per work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Monitor outputs; adjust tooling and machine settings as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining issues independently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine care.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Suggest process improvements for quality and safety.
• Train and mentor less experienced operators.
