Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and changeover manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions and production schedules.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues independently.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Train and mentor less experienced operators.
