Swagelok in Willoughby Hills, OH seeks a Level III Machine Operator to produce fluid-system components with precision and safety. You will operate and changeover equipment, read blueprints, inspect parts, and troubleshoot issues to sustain quality and productivity.

As a Level III Machine Operator, you'll be a key member of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist with proven ability working independently, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and performing machine changeovers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise every day while continuously expanding your technical knowledge with exposure and experience working on a variety of machines in a clean, safe, modern, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment. You’ll be provided all the tools and gauges necessary to be successful in your role. 24/7 nights (6pm – 6am).
The pay range for this position is $24.50–$34.30 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 30% shift differential when working an off‑shift. If you’re offered a position with Swagelok, the hourly rate offered will be determined by your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.
This position comes with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, which is payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign‑on bonus. Sign‑on bonus payments are subject to any legally required or elected withholdings, and applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
