Position: Senior Level CNC Maintenance Technician - Cleveland, Ohio

Salary Range: $36.00 - $42.00/HR | Permanent Position with Benefits

Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Location: Cleveland, Ohio manufacturing company seeking an experienced 1st Shift Senior Level CNC Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems
2. Fabricate custom parts or safety guards as needed
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance
4. Communicate maintenance status with internal teams
5. Keep accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
6. Maintain clean, safe work areas

Requirements

1. 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience
2. Journeyman's card, technical school, or formal training preferred
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and OSHA safety standards
4. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
5. Proficient in troubleshooting and handling most equipment issues
6. Good communication and teamwork skills
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance systems
8. Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
9. Detail-oriented and organized
10. Must pass Criminal Background Check and 10 Panel Drug Screen
11. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only
