Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Level Civil Engineer in Wisconsin to lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction. You will work on site development, land development, stormwater and utilities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and surveyors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• FE or PE certification preferred, or actively working toward obtaining one.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with civil/site development, land development, stormwater, utilities, transportation, or related projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, design standards, and project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities
