We are seeking a motivated, self‑starting, technically proficient Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience. This individual must have working knowledge and a strong understanding of the design process, including, but not limited to the following areas:

• Utility Design
• Grading plans, drainage
• Permitting and Regulatory Coordination
• Business Development and/or Project Management experience considered a plus
