Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking Level 3 Installers to support nationwide telecom installations. Candidates must have 2+ years of field experience or an equivalent through the company’s training path and be capable of leading teams on complex wiring and system verification projects.

Responsibilities include writing clear JCOs, drafting MOPs, and performing ongoing quality inspections. Extensive travel (3+ weeks or more) and secure access credentials are required for site access.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience or equivalent as determined by training process.
• Must understand and be able to use Microsoft programs and applications.
• Must be able to travel nationwide for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Add or remove hardware and wiring on equipment (non-working).
• Lead verification and testing.
• Analyze job specs and drawings.
• Understand SOW and write JCO summaries.
• Provide work assignments to lower-level installers.
• Prepare a Method of Procedure (MOP).
• Write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
• Resolve issues in specifications or drawings.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
