Job summary

A telecommunications services company is seeking a Level III/IV Lead Installer to oversee quality installations in the central office and outside plant environments in Colorado. This field-based position requires up to 100% travel, with responsibilities including testing and turning up equipment, overseeing job assignments, and compliance with customer standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience and strong customer-facing skills, with a preference for technical degrees. Full-time position available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience as a Level 4 installer or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer standards including Telcordia Standards.
• Experience complying with customer standards and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and test equipment in Central Office and Outside Plant Environments.
• Function as the point of contact for engineering support groups.
• Complete DC audits and load testing of power systems.

Skills

Strong verbal and written customer facing skills

Strong computer skills including MS Office

Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment

Education

High school diploma

Technical degree preferred
