Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Senior Lessons Learned Analyst / Team Lead to manage on-site JLLP support for the NGB JLLAS contract at Arlington Hall Station, VA. The role directs daily execution, leading root-cause analysis and development of comprehensive Lessons Learned Reports.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in lessons learned, strong analytical writing, and a SECRET clearance, with Master’s study in Military History or National Security Studies. On-site with ~25% travel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in joint/Service lessons learned process or equivalent
• Experience facilitating working groups or governance forums
• Strong analytical writing and briefing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration software
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day execution of JLLP support activities on-site
• Lead root-cause identification and trend analysis of observations
• Facilitate the Lesson Manager Working Group (LMWG) with stakeholders
• Develop and track LMWG agendas and action items
• Act as continuity between unresolved issues and Joint Issue Resolution processes
