Job summary

The Lessons Learned Analyst will support the Joint Lessons Learned Program across all five phases, including data collection, analysis, and stakeholder briefings.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of lessons learned or assessment experience.
• Experience with JLLIS and joint exercise environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate observations, issues, lessons, and best practices (OIL-Bs).
• Support AOWGs, Senior Leader WGs, and GOSC events.
• Manage and track lessons in JLLIS.
• Conduct trend and statistical analysis of lessons learned.
• Advise senior leaders on strategic-level observations.
• Support 4-star level engagements and briefings.
