Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services.
• Strong Mortgage and/or Consumer Lending experience.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional business, technology, product, and/or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand lending processes and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into clear functional specs and user stories.
• Analyze current and future Mortgage/Consumer Lending processes to identify improvements.
• Develop and document process flows, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Support design, deployment, and enhancement of a strategic lending platform.
• Collaborate with lending operations, product, and technology teams.
• Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Assist with testing, validation, implementation, and issue resolution.
