Job summary

You will collaborate with origination teams and interact with borrowers, direct lenders, asset managers, and syndication desks to support deal execution. The role requires deep knowledge of credit evaluation, cash flow analysis, and structured finance, with a track record in private credit funds or direct

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in commercial lending, including ABL and lender finance.
• Experience with private credit funds, asset managers, or direct lenders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business transactions, including ABL and lender finance facilities.
• Lead or support transaction structuring, including credit sizing and covenant design.
• Prepare credit memos, risk ratings, and financial models.
• Coordinate due diligence with borrowers, sponsors, and lenders.
• Engage with syndication desks and direct lenders during deal execution.
• Review legal documentation and ensure alignment with credit terms.
• Support end-to-end execution from underwriting through closing.
