Job summary

Tyson & Mendes is seeking a Senior Counsel in Northern California to lead Lemon Law matters from the Novato office. You will own case strategy, supervise discovery, and advance matters with direct client contact.

The ideal candidate has California Lemon Law experience and a strong track record in consumer litigation, with a willingness to mentor others and drive trials. Hybrid remote work is available with a real office connection.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• 8+ years of litigation experience.
• 5+ years in Lemon Law or related consumer litigation.
• 2+ years in CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme for each matter.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials.
• Manage discovery and supervise motion practice.
• Develop strategy and client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of litigators across Northern California.
• Maintain timely communications with clients.
