Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting & Associate Life to oversee lateral and campus recruitment for the office and support orientation and integration of new associates.

You will partner with the global HR team on talent initiatives, including development, wellness, and learning, while managing the summer program and mentoring across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience in a professional services firm or comparable environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lateral and campus recruitment for the Chicago office.
• Develop strategic plans for lateral and campus recruiting and office growth.
• Coordinate and attend law student recruiting events through interview and offer stages.
• Manage the summer associate program and mentoring assignments.
• Support onboarding and integration of new associates and laterals.
• Coordinate events to foster morale and teamwork with Inclusion team.
