Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Bankruptcy/Financial Analyst to review and analyze financial documents, enter data into the case management system, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. You will draft bankruptcy pleadings and support related court documents, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reconciliation skills, and organizational capabilities. Work is onsite 2–3 days per week after training, with standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial documents and screen prints.
• Enter loan transaction data into the case management system to identify delinquencies.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and transaction exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with lender policies, banking regulations, and governance standards.
• Draft bankruptcy pleadings, including Motions for Relief and Proofs of Claim.
• Support bankruptcy processes through preparation, review, and formatting of legal pleadings and court documents.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job description

• Review and analyze financial documents and screen prints
• Enter relevant loan transaction data into the case management system to identify delinquencies
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and transaction exceptions
• Ensure compliance with lender policies, banking regulations, and governance standards
• Draft bankruptcy pleadings, including Motions for Relief and Proofs of Claim
• Support bankruptcy processes through preparation, review, and formatting of legal pleadings, transaction histories, and related court documents
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval
• Ability to occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
• Required to complete the E-Verify process to verify employment eligibility in the United States
