Leveraging deep expertise across legal, legislative, and company research databases, the Analyst partners with attorneys, paralegals, and business services teams to translate complex questions into precise, actionable answers under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive legal reference and research experience.
• Deep mastery of legal materials and databases across jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with major legal research databases and software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert research and reference support to attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative departments.
• Own the full lifecycle of reference inquiries and record results in the Firm's research queue.
• Develop current awareness newsletters, alerts, and legislative tracking for stakeholders.
• Pilot new research tools and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
