Fox Rothschild LLP's KM and Innovation Department seeks a Legal Research Lead to provide advanced research and knowledge management support, including AI tools, to attorneys, paralegals, business professionals, and clients. The role serves as SME on legal research processes and tools.
The position partners with the KM Legal Research Manager, develops procedures, trains analysts, maintains Research Center content, and supports AI-enabled workflows while evaluating tools for procurement.
Formación
- MLS and/or JD or equivalent work experience required.
- 4–8 years of legal research experience.
- Experience at Am Law 100/200 preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with major legal research platforms and AI tools.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as SME in legal research for the KM Department and train analysts.
- Assist attorneys, paralegals, and clients with timely, cost-effective research.
- Develop and finalize research templates and guidelines for legal research.
- Support AI-enabled workflows and AI tool adoption.
- Evaluate and recommend KM/legal research tools for purchase.
- Monitor industry publications and trends in KM and legal research.
- Attend department meetings as needed.
