With 4–8 years in legal research, the candidate will mentor analysts, develop best practices, and lead AI-enhanced workflows in a fast-paced firm environment.

Qualifications

• MLS and/or JD required or equivalent work experience.
• Four to eight years of legal research experience preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in major legal research platforms and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in legal research for KM, including complex tasks and training.
• Provide cost-effective, timely research support to attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Develop and refine research templates and procedures for department use.
• Support AI tool adoption and AI-enhanced workflows across practice groups.
• Maintain KM resources, training materials, and intranet Research Center.
