Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Am Law 100/200 firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced legal research and KM support to attorneys, paralegals, and business professionals.
• Supports AI-enabled workflows and evaluates AI tools for research use.
• Develops and refines research templates and procedures for department use.
• Maintains training materials and the Research Center on the firm intranet.
• Drafts announcements for new features in legal research platforms.
• Monitors industry trends in KM and legal research tools.
