Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks a KM Legal Research Lead in the KM and Innovation Department to provide advanced research and KM support, including AI capabilities, to attorneys, paralegals, business professionals, and clients.

The role serves as SME on legal research processes, tools, and best practices, develops templates and procedures, and oversees AI-enabled workflows in partnership with the Director of KM Legal Research.

Qualifications

• Master of Library Science and/or Juris Doctorate required or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in major legal research platforms and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced legal research and KM support to attorneys and staff.
• Develop research templates and guidelines in consultation with leadership.
• Evaluate, implement, and train on KM tools and AI features.
• Manage and curate Research Center content and Practice Guides.
• Support AI-enabled workflows and monitor industry trends.
