Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
• 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• 2+ years of experience in BPM/PM/Relationship/Risk management or a mix thereof.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process improvement work and collaborate with cross-functional teams on large initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and measure data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Understand customer needs and drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Use AI to accelerate documentation and synthesize large datasets for root-cause analysis.
