DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Legal Practice Manager to support a partner or group of partners with a large, complex practice. You will coordinate billing, matter management, and administrative functions across multiple teams while guiding strategic direction and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will act as the operational hub, collaborating with attorneys and practice management leadership to align resources, monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency across the matter lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; client-service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Oversee matter and financial management including budgeting, WIP, billing and profitability metrics.
• Serve as primary liaison between partner(s) and internal business teams to drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with client outside counsel guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements and leverage technology for matter tracking and reporting.
