Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Operations Program Manager to join our Legal Operations Team in San Mateo. In this hybrid role, you will lead cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, governance, and scalability of SIE's global Legal Department.

You will partner across Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Privacy to shape roadmaps and drive adoption of legal technology including Asana, CLM, eBilling, and IP/trademark tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management, legal operations, or legal project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Asana as a project and work management platform.
• Experience with legal technology platforms such as CLM, eBilling, Matter Management, IP/Trademark management, or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional Legal programs from planning through delivery with clear roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
• Serve as a central program management partner across Legal technology initiatives, using Asana to manage workstreams and delivery.
• Support development of the Legal technology roadmap across short-, mid-, and long-term priorities.
• Partner with Legal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable programs and solutions.
• Support a portfolio of Legal technologies including CLM, eBilling, Matter Management, IP/Trademark management, and more.
