Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) seeks a Senior Manager of Legal Technology Services in San Mateo, CA. You will build and lead the LTS team within IT Foundational Services to support the global Legal, Policy & ESG functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in legal technology and related fields.
5+ years leading technical teams with people management.
Experience with enterprise legal tech landscape and large-scale implementations.
Knowledge of enterprise app architecture, SaaS, cloud tech, APIs, and security.

Responsibilities

Stand up the LTS function and transition tech services from Legal Operations.
Define operating model, service catalog, engagement approach, and standards.
Lead technical delivery across CLM, DMS, IP mgmt, eDiscovery and more.
Ensure platform reliability, security, data governance and performance.
Partner with Legal, DTIS, Architecture, Security and Procurement to deliver solutions.
