Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) in San Mateo, CA, is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Program Manager to join our Legal Operations Team. This role leads cross‑functional programs to improve efficiency, scalability, and governance across Legal technology, processes, and data, partnering with IT, Finance, and Privacy.

You'll drive roadmaps, manage Asana workstreams, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable programs, supporting tools like CLM, eBilling, IP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program/project management or legal operations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Hands-on experience with Asana as a project and work management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional Legal programs from planning through delivery, establishing clear roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
• Serve as a central program management partner across Legal technology initiatives, using Asana to manage workstreams, sprint schedules, dependencies, prioritization, and delivery.
• Support development of the Legal technology roadmap across short-, mid-, and long-term priorities.
• Partner with Legal stakeholders to conduct discovery, understand business requirements, and translate needs into actionable programs and solutions.
• Support a portfolio of Legal technologies that may include CLM, eBilling, Matter Management, IP/Trademark management, e-signature, workflow automation, knowledge management, and AI-powered platforms.
• Partner with IT and vendors on technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
• Provide clear reporting to Legal leadership on program status, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and decisions required.
