Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to build the systems and processes that power our rapidly growing legal function. You will report to the General Counsel and shape the tooling, workflows, and vendor relationships that let a lean team move fast.

You will design end-to-end processes across contracting, compliance, legal tech, product, and regulatory matters, turning messy workflows into repeatable engines used by engineers, sales, and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and operating contract management, compliance, and legal tech.
• Ability to implement scalable processes and systems in a fast-moving company.
• Strong judgment and initiative to own end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contract management, legal operations, and compliance systems.
• Own CLM, e-billing, and matter management stack; select and run tools.
