Job summary

The Chemours Company in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Systems Consultant who will optimize LSCA technology platforms, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights to legal, compliance, and executive leadership.

You will gather user requirements, administer and upgrade systems, design and maintain dashboards, analyze end-to-end processes, and lead change management and user training to drive adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in law department operations, including financial, matter, vendor, and legal technology management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with ELM and/or CLM systems.
• Strong backend development in Java and SQL, including database design and integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/BO).
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Strong process improvement, workflow design, project/change management, and user training.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate needs into functional specs for system enhancements.
• Administer and upgrade LSCA systems, implementing workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for legal and executives.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end legal operations processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Lead optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and change management.
• Resolve day-to-day system issues including invoice processing and reporting.
• Stay current on legal tech trends to identify improvements.
