Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Sr. EHS Consultant to join the Workplace Safety Center of Excellence. You will lead analytics and program support for Workplace Safety initiatives across COE sites and functions.

Based at our Wilmington, Delaware headquarters or at a manufacturing site, this role partners with site teams and IT to translate complex EHS data into actionable insights, risk management improvements, and performance enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, occupational health, engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant EHS experience in chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Experience with EHS management systems, auditing, and risk management programs.
• Experience developing and improving EHS standards, training, or related elements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an EHS analytics and reporting resource for COE leads and site teams.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate EHS data, KPIs, and trends.
• Develop and maintain EHS dashboards, reports, and management review materials.
• Manage Corporate EHS systems including policies, standards, and training materials.
• Support governance and improvement of EHS reporting tools and digital platforms (Power BI, ETQ Reliance, SharePoint).
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve data quality and system usability.
• Assist with EHS training materials and program resources.
• Support audits, incident reviews, and enterprise EHS initiatives.
