Job summary

Roofstock, Inc. is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager to own how legal work moves through the business, from intake to approval and payment. You will build durable workflows, maintain clean records, and manage outside counsel spend with Finance, People Operations, and Compliance.

This role is hands-on with broad visibility across the Legal team. The position emphasizes systematizing processes, improving efficiency with AI and automation, and partnering with multiple departments to move

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations, contract management, or paralegal roles
• Experience in high-growth or proptech/fintech/real estate environments
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and corporate entity management
• Experience with litigation hold and outside counsel coordination
• Proven cross-functional partnership with Finance, Accounting, and HR

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract intake, routing, and tracking in Zip
• Review third-party agreements for red flags and boilerplate
• Develop templates, playbooks, and self-service tools
• Maintain repository standards and post-execution filing
• Oversee spend management and outside counsel engagements
• Coordinate governance, transactions, and claims support
• Build operational dashboards and track metrics
