Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with vendors and customers (NDA, distribution, sales, SaaS, purchase agreements).
• Identify and address potential legal risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Advise on internal practices to ensure regulatory compliance and reduction of risk.
• Develop training materials to promote corporate compliance and awareness.
