Qualifications

• JD and California license to practice law.
• 8+ years in tech, hardware, or manufacturing legal counsel.
• Experience drafting complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal partner for Robotics leadership.
• Draft and negotiate supplier, manufacturing, development, and licensing agreements.
• Advise on hardware development lifecycle, regulatory and compliance issues.
