Ryan is seeking an experienced Counsel to join the Legal Department’s Litigation Team. The role focuses on managing complex litigation, disputes, and strategic advice across global matters.

The ideal candidate holds a JD with eight+ years of relevant experience, excellent risk assessment, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including outside counsel. This role supports regulatory compliance and policy development within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree and at least eight years of relevant litigation experience.
• Broad litigation knowledge including mediation/arbitration and trial experience.
• Experience with international matters is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day litigation and dispute resolution management, including complex commercial litigation.
• Manage outside counsel and monitor costs.
• Provide practical legal advice and assess risks for business stakeholders.
• Support Board materials related to litigation.
• Monitor regulatory changes in Americas and internationally.
• Draft and review firm policies and procedures.
• Assist with select risk management matters.
• Train and report on litigation outcomes and trends.
• Provide advice on client/vendor disputes and contract terminations.
