Qualifications

• 4-8 years of legal experience; exceptional candidates may be considered.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Strong commercial contracting and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating customer, vendor, procurement, service, real estate, and commercial agreements.
• Experience advising business stakeholders on legal risk and operational issues.
• Corporate governance and entity management experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management matters.
• Experience managing outside counsel and litigation matters.
• Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
