You will advise on regulatory compliance, import/export controls, anti-corruption, and IP protection, balancing commercial aims with risk management in a fast-paced tech-driven energy storage business.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing agreements.
• Strong understanding of contracting principles including warranties, indemnity, liability, IP, and supplier performance.

Aufgaben

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including master and long-term supply agreements.
• Lead negotiations on pricing structures, volume commitments, warranties, service levels, and IP terms.
• Provide practical legal support for global sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance requirements for domestic content, sanctions, and export controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across procurement, engineering, finance, and operations.
