Qualifications

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including Master Supply, Long-Term Supply, and NDAs.
Provide practical legal support for global sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
Advise on regulatory compliance, domestic content, and government incentives related to supply chain activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business objectives with risk management.
