Harry's, a leading men's grooming brand and part of Mammoth Brands Inc., is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic legal and business partner to its Enterprise function. This role involves supporting Finance, People, Technology, and Mammoth Labs (M&A) teams, providing pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice across a broad range of corporate, operational, and commercial matters.

• Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters, including commercial arrangements and emerging legal and regulatory issues.
• Advise the People team on employment-related legal matters.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Provide or oversee training to Enterprise stakeholders on pertinent legal topics, as appropriate.
