Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with a focus on technology transactions to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation tasks, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience with in-house tech agreements (MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives), and the ability to translate legal insights into actionable feedback for AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
