Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• A J.D. or graduate degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience as an attorney, tax professional, analyst, editor, reporter, or consultant.
• Experience analyzing and writing about legal developments, payroll practices, tax law, or accounting standards.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, plan, organize, set priorities, and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and analyze complex topics impacting our customer base.
• Edit, update, and create new legal or tax content from developments.
• Leverage subject matter knowledge to prioritize work and contextualize developments.
• Mentor and train junior team members with feedback and guidance.
• Manage team projects, deliverables, and measures of success.
• Collaborate with analysts and commercial teams to deliver enhanced content and workflows.
• Engage in thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and social media.
• Stay abreast of emerging issues and technology and their implications for clients.
