Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• A J.D. or graduate degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience as an attorney, tax professional, analyst, editor, reporter, or consultant.
• Experience analyzing and writing about legal developments, payroll practices, tax law, or accounting standards.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, plan, organize, set priorities, and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

We are seeking a Senior Content Analyst, Corporate Transactions, to join our expert team. As a subject matter legal expert, you will leverage your corporate transactions experience to develop practical guidance on securities, capital markets, and/or corporate transactional matters. You will create checklists, toolkits, model documents, and timely updates that help law firm and in-house counsel navigate legal and market developments with efficiency and confidence. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: securities laws and transactions, initial public offerings, private placements, other types of offerings or transactions, and/or capital markets, broadly. Experience in corporate finance or restructuring finance is also valued.

What you will do: Research, interpret, and analyze complex topics and issues that impact our customer base. You need to have

• Specialized education, such as a J.D. or graduate degree, preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience as an attorney, tax professional, accountant, analyst, editor, reporter, or consultant.
• Experience analyzing and writing about legal developments, payroll practices, tax law, or accounting standards.
• Ability to understand and contextualize complex details to publish readable, concise, and insightful analytical content.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, plan, organize, set priorities, and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Candidates may be required to pass a test for this position.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
