Qualifications

• JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent required.
• Four years of experience as an Associate or related occupation.
• Experience advising on U.S. and international corporate and financial transactions.
• Experience supervising work streams and coordinating with advisors.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses regarding client transaction structures.
• Identify and develop strategies based on legal interpretations.
• Recommend courses of action to clients.
