Job summary

Keysight Technologies in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a seasoned executive assistant to Global Tax. You will support a team of lawyers, economists and accountants, manage travel, filings and complex calendars, and liaise with internal departments and external advisors.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in a legal or professional services setting, exceptional discretion, and strong communication skills to handle confidential matters and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to Global Tax, including disputes, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and trade activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross‑functional teams and external advisors.
• Manage multiple tax controversy cases and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and file tax protest letters and information requests.
• Organize systems for tracking tax deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain databases of Tax team documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on agreements, records and processes.
• Assist with IRS or foreign government filings and communications.
• Organize domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
