Responsibilities

• Provides on-the-job training to less experienced workers and guides teammates.
• Ensures work is performed timely and per policies.
• Drafts and edits legal briefs, pleadings, correspondence and other documents.
• Conducts legal research including statutes and court decisions.
• Attends depositions/hearings and reviews transcripts as needed.
