LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a family-owned organization to identify a Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) for its in-house legal team in Oklahoma City. This role supports the General Counsel and attorneys on trusts, estates, governance, and transactional matters.

Key responsibilities include trust/estate administration, maintaining corporate records, due diligence, data rooms, and closing documents, plus legal research for special projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience.
• Experience in trust administration, estate administration, family office support, corporate governance, or transactional matters.
• Strong document management, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.

Senior Legal Analyst (internal title) need a Trusts and Estates Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, family-owned organization to identify a Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) for its in-house legal team.

This role will support the General Counsel and attorneys on a variety of matters involving trust administration, family office operations, corporate governance, entity management, transactions, and legal projects.

• Assist with corporate transactions, investments, M&A, and due diligence
